The Kiwanis Club of West Side Fort Worth exists to serve the community. Youth, the community of tomorrow, hold a particular interest for us.

… and many other services by our committees including WestAid, Children’s Miracle Network, Willoughby House, Salvation Army, Women’s Haven, Edna Gladney Home, Little League Baseball, Benbrook Park.
Join a naturalist for a leisurely hike on the trails of the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge. Hikes feature current natural history events such as blooming wildflowers, commonly seen insects, birds, other animals and current projects on the Refuge. Bring water and dress for the weather.
Maximum 15 participants.
On the first Saturday of each month a low cost vaccination clinic is offered by Town & Country Veterinary Clinic at Happy K9 Self-Serve Dog Wash & Grooming.
West Side Mobile Pantry is held on the first Saturday of each month.
Tarrant Area Food Bank’s Mobile Pantry program is a traveling pantry that delivers food, including fresh produce and nutritious refrigerated items, directly to communities with high need. The food is distributed directly to clients in an outdoor setting, like a farmer’s market, or in a large space, such as gymnasium or community center.
Must have a photo ID to receive food. Please bring bags to carry your food.
West Side Mobile Pantry is hosted by West Freeway Church of Christ.
Individuals and groups are encouraged to volunteer. Student groups seeking community service hours, church groups, professional organizations, neighborhood associations, etc. are encouraged to help. Volunteers assist in setup, distributing food and cleanup.
